…yet you’re always wondering when you’re going to get found out.

A quick reality check: coaching isn’t easy. It isn’t for you if:

As your coach I’ll help you figure out what to do, but I won’t tell you what to do. I’ll ask you questions and facilitate conversation for you to come to conclusions and decisions that are the right fit for you.

You want to be told what to do.

I probably don’t need to tell you that no such thing exists. There are plenty of ‘how to’ guides out there - often what’s missing is the implementation, and coaching helps with that.

You want a quick, easy fix

Coaching forces you to take ownership of your decisions and actions, and that can feel scary. You may bring to the surface uncomfortable truths and realisations - which I’ll be there to support you in handling.

You aren’t prepared to get uncomfortable

Coaching is likely not for you, at least in the first instance, if you are currently experiencing trauma, or have un-resolved trauma that is preventing you from moving forwards in your life. If this is the case please seek out a licensed therapist for support. It may be possible in some cases to actively participate in coaching whilst also seeking therapy.

As your coach, I will support you to navigate the complexities of modern life, helping you to define your goals, identify obstacles, and develop strategies for personal and professional growth.

Coaching isn’t therapy. We won’t be diving into your past or trying to ‘fix’ you.

I’ll work with you to embody your unique skills and gifts, making the most of your strengths to support you in achieving long-lasting, sustainable change, development and growth.
