Since working with Bex,  I trust myself more and am able to be gentle and compassionate with myself. We’ll work through your key challenges, which may include food & nutrition, self care, money & finances, family life and daily chores, exercise, your cycle, your appearance and sleep.

Let’s do Life 1:1 Health and Wellbeing Coaching

Carve out time to focus solely on YOU. Our work together includes:

  • An initial 90 minute welcome session.

  • Seven subsequent sessions of 45-60 minutes, recommended to take place every other week.

  • If we meet online, you’ll receive a recording of all sessions so you can listen back and revisit the content we discussed whenever you need.

  • Clear action steps at the end of each session powering you through to reach your goals.

  • Notes at the end of each session summarising our  discussion and key themes.

  • Accountability check ins between our one-to-ones to keep you on track & for you to ask questions as they come up

  • Total Investment: £525.00

Health and Wellbeing Life Coach and your guide on the side, supporting you through whatever is going on in your life right now.

Wing-woman, cheerleader, whatever you need - I offer support, perspective and steady guidance in a world that feels chaotic and overwhelming.

I’ve packed a wealth of experience into nearly four decades on the planet. I’ve lived in five different countries across three separate continents, had my own struggles with food and body image, made questionable decisions, managed multi-million budgets and been self-employed and counting every penny.

I’m a married Mum of two and undeniably run the household (I think even my husband would admit that!) as well as my own business. I balance a lot of spinning plates - not always perfectly - but usually with a smile.

I’m an irritating morning person who never works out for more than 30 minutes at a time and is often guilty of having a Snickers instead of a proper lunch.

I’m not perfect, and I don’t always have my sh*t together - but I learn lessons instead of making mistakes.
