Things I’ve learnt since having a baby…
ICYMI – I had a baby! Thea Brame was born at the end of January and wow has she tuned our lives
upside down, in the best possible way. Admittedly I do wonder if we’ve ruined our lives on a near
daily basis (joke… surely all new parents must think that?!), but it’s safe to say that old cliché is true
– I cannot remember what life was like without her.
As I start to ramp up my coaching business once again, it felt prudent to start with a reflection of all
I’ve learnt these last three months. This time away has prompted a bit of a shift in my focus, and I’m
so excited as to what that means for you moving forwards.

Emotional Eating
Emotional Eating -

In this blog I talk about what is emotional eating, the symptoms of emotional eating and how you can stop emotional eating.
Why I used food & exercise to cope with my insecurities
Of course, I didn’t know that that was what I was doing at the time.
Emotional eating and over exercising are common ways of dealing with insecurity - in my case, loneliness and financial. Read my story here.
Suns out, Guns out…
July is here, the weather is (hopefully!) on the turn and chances are, you might be feeling more than a little apprehensive about getting your body out this summer. I promise you – you aren’t alone. More than a few of my followers have expressed unease about baring more now the summer season is upon us, which is why in this blog you’ll find 10 ways to look & feel your best all summer long! The most refreshing part? Not one of them is to do with restricting your food, going on any sort of ‘crash’ diet or crazy workout plan!
What you need to know before you start your next diet
Starting a new diet?
I get it – *this time*, *this one* will be different.
This time – you’ll keep up the motivation

How many times have you told yourself that? Really?
Given that the average woman has tried over 60 different diets, apps, cleanses and plans before she turns 45, my guess is, it’s a lot.
So – before you start your next diet – read on & let’s take a little look into what’s really going on for you.
Why food is on your mind 24/7
Wake up - food, shower - food, breakfast - food. Work - food - lunchtime - food - dinnertime - sad because food is over - bedtime - tomorrows food.

It’s a classic cycle - so what is it trying to tell you?
Anorexia, my daughter & my family
Anorexia is horrendous for the sufferer. It’s a selfish, cruel illness, so what impact does it have on family life? I asked my Mum to write about her memories of when I was suffering from anorexia in my late teens.
